In a permaculture food forest in Cape Town, I grow and nurture an extraordinary collection of organically cultivated heirloom and unusual edible plants. Over many years I've collected more than 200 remarkable tomato varieties, together with unique chillies, peppers, aubergines, herbs, edible flowers and colourful varieties of other food crops sourced from around the world.
My passion is preserving biodiversity and after a decade of sharing my obsession on Instagram, I'm now able to offer seeds that celebrate nature's diversity of colours, flavours, textures and nutrients with my fellow South African growers.
